Quatreau® Tap Systems for Hospitality
Quatreau hospitality water systems and multifunction taps provide filtered boiling, chilled, sparkling and ambient water on demand across hotels, restaurants, cafés, professional kitchens and guest facilities. Designed for customer-facing and back-of-house applications, they support beverage preparation, table service and self-service hydration in busy, high-demand environments.
In professional kitchens and service areas, instant boiling water helps staff prepare tea, coffee and food without waiting for kettles. Filtered chilled and sparkling water can be served in restaurants, bars, lounges, meeting rooms and guest areas, reducing reliance on delivered bottled water while maintaining a convenient, premium water service.
The Quatreau TouchTap™ combines five water functions in one touchscreen multifunction tap, making it a complete solution for kitchens and shared hospitality spaces. The compact Quatreau SmartTap™ is available in two- and three-button configurations, allowing venues to select the combination of water functions that best suits each location. An optional recessed drip tray turns the SmartTap™ into a practical, self-contained drink station for bars, reception areas, lounges and other customer-facing spaces.
Both multifunction taps are available in 11 standard finishes, with the option of a custom RAL powder-coated finish. This allows designers and hospitality operators to coordinate the tap with surrounding interiors, fittings and brand colours.
For venues serving water in reusable bottles, the HydreauBar™ smart bottling station sterilises and fills bottles with filtered chilled or sparkling water on site. This supports efficient table and meeting-room service while reducing bottle deliveries, packaging waste and storage requirements.
Quatreau hospitality water systems have been selected for prominent travel and hotel environments, including the Eurostar Business Lounge in Paris and Hilton hotels. The Avenue cookery school in Wandsworth demonstrates how Quatreau can support busy hospitality, catering and teaching environments. The school installed a Quatreau TouchTap™ multifunction tap with an integrated reverse osmosis water purification system in its teaching kitchen.
With filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling water available on demand, the TouchTap™ supports food and beverage preparation while reducing reliance on separate appliances and bottled water. The school reports that the system has made a real difference to the efficiency of its day-to-day operations.

Its compact design makes SmartTap™ suitable as a self-service water refill station in hotel lounges, restaurant service areas, receptions, employee kitchens, breakout spaces, gyms and other hospitality environments. It can dispense high volumes of filtered chilled and sparkling water, depending on the selected configuration, providing convenient hydration throughout the day. An optional recessed drip tray creates a neatly integrated drinking-water station for customer-facing or shared hospitality spaces.

STYLE
Quatreau® multifunction taps combine clean, considered design with durable stainless-steel construction and a wide choice of finishes. A selection of brushed and polished finishes, together with Matte Black, allows each tap to complement surrounding fittings and interiors. Custom RAL powder-coated finishes are also available for selected models.
FUNCTION
The Quatreau® collection provides filtered boiling, chilled, sparkling and ambient water through a range of multifunction tap configurations. Selected systems also combine these drinking-water options with mains hot and cold water. Modular and compact under-counter designs offer different combinations and capacities, allowing the system to be specified around the required water functions and available space.
SUSTAINABILITY
Providing filtered chilled and sparkling water on demand can reduce reliance on delivered bottled water. Refilling glasses and reusable bottles at the point of use helps reduce packaging, transport and storage requirements, while also freeing space otherwise used for full and empty bottles.
Quatreau® systems are designed to dispense only the water required, with insulated under-counter components supporting efficient everyday operation. The UN Environment Programme recommends prioritising reusable products over single-use alternatives.
